We offer a wide range of classes at Perennial, from meditative to rejuvenating. Our aim through our almost 70 class offerings per week is to help you unite mind, body, and spirit and live your life with greater ease and well-being. Everyone at Perennial, teacher and student alike, is on their own practice path. Our teachers are all approachable, kind and willing to answer any questions about yoga, meditation, or your specific practice.
WHY THE NAME PERENNIAL? The studio has a panoramic view of a perennial field that is ever-changing and ever-lasting. Practicing yoga and meditation reconnects us to our mind, body and spirit, which we sometimes lose sight of, but is perennially present. Each time we plant ourselves on our mat or cushion we are tending to our well-being, gently removing the "weeds" that crop up in our life and faithfully fertilizing the soil that brings new growth.
